This notice describes how Gamow Labs handles personal information in connection with our public website, gamowlabs.com, and emails sent through its contact and careers links. It does not cover separate research or clinical services.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address and any name, message, attachments, or application materials you choose to send. We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential collaborations, or evaluate job applications. The website has no account registration or patient-data upload forms.
Information processed when you visit
Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives technical information needed to serve and secure the website, including your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. Vercel may retain request and security logs under its service settings and applicable policies. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice.
We load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request these files, sending your IP address and request information. Google describes this processing in its Google Fonts privacy explanation.
The laboratory animations in our LabRobotBench article also load a JavaScript library from cdnjs, delivered by Cloudflare. Those requests send Cloudflare your IP address and request information. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies and tracking
Our website code does not set cookies, use browser storage to identify visitors, or include advertising or analytics trackers. Benchmark search and filter selections are processed in your browser and are not submitted to us. Our code does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. The third-party resource providers described above receive requests when their resources load.
Service providers and external links
Hosting, content delivery, and email providers process information to deliver the website and our correspondence. We may also disclose information when required by law. Links to X and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
We retain correspondence as needed to handle your inquiry or application and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical-log retention depends on the provider and service settings. You can contact us to ask about information you have provided or request access, correction, or deletion. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
